If something isn’t quite right, returning your item is simple.
Easy Returns
You have:
- 14 days (UK)
- 21 days (International)
from the date of delivery to return your order.
How It Works
1. Use our return portal
Add your order number, and email here and complete the process.
2. Repackage Your Items
Return items securely, with all original tags attached.
3. Send It Back
Use the return label provided and leave your item at your nearest drop-off point.
Refunds Made Simple
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 working days once received
- Original delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded
Returns Shipping
- UK returns: we'll generate a prepaid label for you
- International returns: you'll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your return shipment

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- Free from makeup, fragrance, or marks
