  • We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses outside the UK unless DHL Express is selected

Customs & Unclaimed Parcels

For international orders, any customs charges must be paid by the customer.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or customs charges are not paid:

  • The parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by local authorities
  • In these cases, no refund will be issued

If the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be processed for the items only (excluding shipping costs).

Safe Place Delivery

If you choose to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, this will be considered a successful delivery.

By selecting this option, you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivered. Selea is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.
